Digital Resilience Bonus for Vend

The Digital Resilience Bonus seeks to uplift the digital capabilities of a broad base of enterprises so that they can adapt to safe management practices after the circuit breaker period. As a pilot, the Bonus will be targeted at the Food Services and Retail sectors. There is a greater urgency for these sectors to digitalise and adapt quickly due to the front-facing nature of their businesses.

Am I Qualify for DRB?

Digital Resilience Bonus is to encourage Singapore business to improve their competitiveness so that they can emerge stronger and be more resilient to the new post-COVD norms. It start by targeting on Retail and F&B sector that is more affected by safe distancing requirements. Retailers who making an efforts to transform are able to receive up to $10,000 bonus when they qualify for the criteria. 

SME does not need to submit any application. We as providers with qualified solutions (or supported banks) will submit your UEN to IMDA if you are using the solution between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2021

Things that you should take note.

1. Your company UEN must fall under Retail or F&B sectors to qualify first batch of DRB.

2. Your company registration must be before 26 May 2020.

3. You must register PayNow Corporate and PEPPOL E-Invoicing Account if you do not have one now.

4. You must use the 3 qualified and approved solutions from approved vendors for at least once a month.
5. EISOL will submit your UEN number to IMDA if you qualify for above criteria.

6. You must sign the consent form for EISOL to submit your UEN.

7. You must agree and give consents to IMDA appointed auditors to access the premises or systems for auditing purpose.

8. You should purchase the systems only if you genuinely wish to upgrade digital capability and not for the grant only. =)

9. We usually don't but we reserve right to reject SME client's proposal if we deem that it could potentially violate IMDA policies. =)
