Loyalty Software Pricing Singapore: Included Features vs Add-On Costs
Loyalty software pricing in Singapore makes sense only when you compare the programme you need. Rewardly includes LoyaltyOS Lite in Growth and lists full LoyaltyOS under Professional; other systems sell loyalty separately. Compare the complete subscription, then add implementation, messaging, rewards and support before deciding what your business can afford.

Start with one repeat-visit problem
A café trying to fill quiet weekday afternoons needs a different programme from a retailer managing several membership tiers. Write down one outcome: bring a first-time customer back, increase visit frequency, or encourage a second purchase category. Then choose the simplest reward that supports it.
List required outlets, active members, earning rules, redemption channels, expiry settings and staff permissions. Ask whether limits apply to stored members or monthly active customers. A long feature list has little value if your cashier cannot explain the offer during a queue. Our integrated POS and membership guide explains the operating workflow.
Included loyalty versus an additional subscription
These published examples show different charging structures, not equivalent feature packages. Prices are in SGD, checked 8 October 2026; confirm GST, billing commitments and exact scope in writing.
| Option | Published software price | Loyalty scope / qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Rewardly Growth | From S$39/month for NEA-licensed hawkers; S$59 for non-NEA hawkers | LoyaltyOS Lite: membership and vouchers. DIY setup and email support. |
| Rewardly Professional | From S$99/month; page also lists S$199 for all modules | Full LoyaltyOS listed. Confirm modules and outlet allowance at the quoted price. |
| Dinlr Loyalty | S$39/month per location, billed annually | Separate loyalty module; not the POS subscription. |
| Dinlr Waiter + Loyalty | S$89 + S$39 = S$128/month equivalent, billed annually | One location, first POS device, plus loyalty. Software arithmetic only; verify final bundle. |
Rewardly’s practical advantage is the opportunity to use included loyalty before buying another platform. Check that the included tier meets your actual rules. A separate platform may justify its cost when it delivers a needed capability your existing subscription lacks.
Do not add a second POS licence when comparing only the incremental loyalty decision. Conversely, if you need a new POS, include its base subscription. Dinlr’s illustrated annual combination is S$1,536 before any applicable tax and extras; S$128 is a monthly equivalent, not a monthly cash instalment.
Explore the five layers of programme cost
Select a layer to see what is included, separately priced or still needs confirmation. Labels distinguish documented inclusion, scope to confirm, and costs needing a separate budget. Green highlights the selected layer. Unknown does not mean free.
Platform: use what is already included
Included: Rewardly Growth lists Lite; Professional lists full LoyaltyOS, subject to quoted scope.
Separate charge: Dinlr lists Loyalty at S$39/month per location, billed annually. Match programme requirements before comparing totals.
Request separate lines for data cleanup, import, training, integration and ongoing support. Record who fixes a failed redemption between systems and whether an API connection needs paid implementation. Free signup verification messages do not establish that promotional SMS or WhatsApp campaigns are free.
Keep hardware purchases or rentals, payment-processing fees and taxes outside the software headline. Existing equipment is reusable only after compatibility testing. For subsidised purchasing, review our POS grant comparison; a grant is not evidence that every loyalty operating cost is covered.
Measure extra contribution, not repeat revenue
A member buying again is not automatically an extra sale caused by your programme. Compare similar periods or a suitable control group, account for seasonality, and estimate only the additional sales attributable to the offer. Subtract product and variable fulfilment costs before assessing the programme.
Illustration, not a forecast: S$2,000 of incremental monthly sales at a 60% contribution margin produces S$1,200 before programme costs. Deduct S$300 of reward cost, S$50 messaging, S$100 incremental software, S$50 support and S$100 implementation allocation. The remaining contribution is S$600. These are editable assumptions, not vendor prices or promised savings.
For discounts, use sales and margin before the programme discount, then deduct it once. For a free item, enter the incremental cost of supplying it, not automatically its menu price. Include rewards redeemed by customers who would have purchased anyway. If your sales figures already include discounts, do not deduct them again.
Spread setup cost over a chosen evaluation period for this contribution view, but retain the full upfront amount in your cash budget. Also track unredeemed reward obligations separately. A positive monthly calculation does not prove cash availability, payback or guaranteed ROI.
Test the reward before inviting customers
Use a small pilot and rehearse four tasks: earn on a qualifying purchase, redeem with a realistic basket, return an item, and export a member record. Confirm whether returns reverse points and restore redeemed rewards correctly. Test duplicate accounts, expired vouchers and access after a staff member leaves.
Keep consent preferences, customer-facing terms and an owner for manual corrections. Review redemption cost and staff exceptions weekly. Our loyalty programme guide provides further context; request a demonstration of the exact configuration before relying on it.

Frequently asked questions
Is loyalty included with Rewardly?
Its pricing page lists Lite in Growth and full LoyaltyOS under Professional. Confirm which quoted plan covers your programme, outlets and required modules.
Does included loyalty mean zero programme cost?
No. Rewards have an economic cost. Messaging, implementation or additional support may also require a budget. Obtain a written scope before assigning zero to any unknown charge.
Should I buy a separate loyalty platform?
Only when the required capabilities and expected additional contribution justify it. Compare the same channels, member limits and service responsibilities, then pilot before committing.
