1. Is the stand compatible with the newly launched iPad (2017)?
Yes. It is compatible with iPad Air, Air 2, iPad Pro 9.7" and Apple iPad (Gen 5)
2. Is it difficult to install?
It is piece of cake! really. The packaging come with tools that you need for the installation and you can surely manage it without a sweat!
3. Is it secure and how do I lock the stand so that no one can remove it from my cashier?
The stand come with double sided 3M adhesive tape which you can permanently stick the stand on the table top. Alternatively, you can purchase Kensignton ClickSafe lock to secure the stand.
4. Can I order other color beside black?
Currently we only carry black color as this is the most popular color that most of the shop prefer. For other other, it come with MOQ 5 units requirements and the order lead time is approximately 2 months.
5. What other stand do you have beside Heckler Design stand?
Beside Heckler design Windfall stand, we also carry Studio Proper Pivot stand. It is fully made of anodize Aluminium.
