Aussino making a come back to Singapore and not just aim to provide designer grade home furnishing products but new customer experiences as well. It begin with omni-channel shopping experience for the customer to patronize the store or making their purchases through online. We selected Vend as retail store POS to replace the existing conventional systems and Shopify as online shop. Vend as the globally acclaimed retail management systems ensure reliable day to day sales operations and consolidate sales from Shopify to give Aussino data analytic team accurate reporting for decision making in various aspect, especially launching marketing campaign and tracking on product performance. EISOL continue to work with Aussino to strengthen it expansion strategy by providing advice on IT automation solutions.

Vend live up to its standard in terms of stability and reliability. We decided to transition to Vend due to undesirable disruption from the existing POS solutions where it started to snowball and affecting day to day operation. Home furnishing products require accurate monitoring on the product sell through rate to ensure right amount of inventory to fulfill the demand and also anticipating seasonal fluctuation. Our products usually take longer lead time and procurement process depends a lot on the data. We are happy that EISOL deliver the promise.
