WHAT
Singapore Designer Collective is a collaborative showcase of designers and artisans from diverse disciplines. Designed to give you access to the creative and development process of Singapore’s designers and artisans. Keepers retail concept store at Orchard Green will be from 1 March 2015 – 15 Jan 2016. The multifaceted retail showcase will include fashion, accessories, furniture, homewares, perfume and of course, food and beverage. Come meet and learn from our artisans working on-site in our two studios or join our series of talks, exhibitions, and events.

Keepers model based on 100% SOR models which requires a robust systems to be able to handle the day to day operations, inventory management as well as some matrices to measure the performance of the store and ROI on the real estate (Shelves). As this is the extension of the Keepers first episode and not a permanent setup. Cost control is one of the criteria of our selections of POS, and of course a systems that is easy to learn.

We are proud to be able to involve in the Keepers projects. Unlike other fashion retail, we learn about the complexity of the business and the urgency of rolling out the solutions in a very short period of time. Keepers project is also one of the leading projects that we deploy with our FastTrack methodology to be able to get the systems up and running within a day. We work closely with the merchandiser continuously to improve the data quality and building customized automated reports to trim down the mundane data crunching tasks for weekly meeting.
